GOOO Global Application (“GOOO Global”) is a mobile application that rewards users with points for daily activities such as driving, walking, and running. Accumulated points can be exchanged for UGO tokens or products such as food, beverages, personal care items which are partners of GOOO Global in countries supporting reward point redemption, such as Vietnam.

Users are individuals who use the GOOO Global application to accumulate points and exchange them for UGO tokens or rewards in countries supporting reward point redemption, such as Vietnam.

Scope of Application: This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applies to the use of the GOOO Global mobile application ("GOOO Global Application"), usage of reward points within the application, and the services provided by us.
This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy establishes the basis for collecting, storing, and processing personal data provided by users or collected during their use of the GOOO Global application.

II. INSTALLATION, REGISTRATION, AND TRANSACTIONS

1. Installation Process:

Step 1: Download and install the GOOO Global application based on the operating system of your device.

Step 2: After successfully downloading, open the GOOO Global application to get started.

Step 3: On first launch, the GOOO Global application will request access to the user’s location and movement data. Click “Allow” to proceed.

2. Login/Registration Process:

Step 1a: Use social channels (Apple ID, Gmail, Facebook, etc.) to log in.

Step 1b: Enter or scan a referral code to receive bonus points.

Step 2: Grant access to movement data to accumulate points based on daily steps and distance traveled.

Step 3: Participate in activities within the application to accumulate more points.

Step 4: Redeem GOOO points for UGO tokens through the exchange gateway when available.

III. USER ACCOUNT POLICY

Users agree and ensure that they are legally capable individuals with full rights to enter into agreements under applicable laws.

Users agree to provide accurate information.
​
Users may create only one (1) account for personal use and must ensure that their identity or account is not used by others. Transferring or assigning accounts to third parties without the company’s consent is prohibited. Users must keep account passwords and any information provided by us secure and confidential.

Users may only log in to one device at a time.
​
Users agree to use the Application solely for the purpose of accumulating points to redeem for UGO tokens or rewards in countries supporting reward point redemption, such as Vietnam.
Misuse or fraudulent use of the Application to inconvenience others is prohibited.
​
Users are prohibited from buying or selling points for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if there is verified evidence of fraud, point trading, or any actions violating current laws.

Users may not use the Application for purposes other than those intended by the Application.
​
Users understand and agree that the use of the Application depends on the Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time. By using the Application, users also agree to comply with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We may, at our discretion, provide rewards that users can exchange for benefits related to the Application. Users agree to use such rewards appropriately and may not abuse, duplicate, sell, or transfer rewards in any form. Users also understand that promotions cannot be converted into cash and may expire before being used.

IV. PROTECTION OF USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Information We May Collect From You:

We may collect or request personal information from you, including but not limited to: name, email address, password, identification information, contacts, and photos.

We also automatically collect, store, and use information about your mobile device usage, including:

Technical Data: Includes IP address, internet service provider, device identification, login information, time zone settings, activity type, operating system, platform, and geographic location.

Usage Data: Includes the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL), clickstream data, pages viewed, search terms, page response times, page visit durations, referral/exit pages, interaction information (such as scrolls, clicks, and mouseovers), and whether you opened marketing newsletters.

We may also record redemption transactions made through the GOOO Application or Website to understand user preferences and provide more relevant marketing activities when appropriate.

If you choose to invite friends using your contact list, we will request permission to access specific contact information, such as names, profile photos, and friend lists.

By our request and with your consent, we may collect location and physical movement data to ensure the Application functions correctly. Occasionally, you can enable or disable location tracking via your device’s operating system settings. However, disabling this function may affect your ability to accumulate points partially or entirely.

We may use third-party services (e.g., Apple HealthKit, business partners, subcontractors in technical services, advertising networks, and analytics providers) to improve user experiences.

2. Use of Your Personal Data:

As the data controller, we will only use your personal data for the following purposes:

Contact Details (email address) and Profile Information (username, profile photo): Used to verify your identity as part of the account setup process.

Location Data: Used to verify physical movements and calculate distances traveled to record verified data-based points.

Movement Data (HealthKit/Google Fit Step Data): Used to verify your physical activity to calculate steps and record points based on verified data.

Profile Information (username, profile photo), Movement Data (HealthKit, Google Fit Data): Used to create leaderboards for users participating in ranking challenges.

Contact Details (email address), Communication Data (personal data in requests, survey responses, complaints): Used to respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests, and provide relevant information and materials. Also used for research to improve services.

Transaction and Redemption History: Used to understand user preferences to improve services and offers displayed on the GOOO Global Application.

Profile Information (username, profile photo), Usage Data, Transaction Data, Movement Data (HealthKit, Google Fit): Used to investigate suspected fraudulent or criminal activities, disputes between users, and for statistical analysis to manage our business.

Technical and Usage Data: Used to analyze service usage for improvements, ensure effective content presentation, and safeguard systems and data.

3. Data Retention:

Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy.
Retention periods depend on the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the data and any applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

5. Responsibility for Technical Errors:

Users must follow instructions when conducting transactions on the GOOO Global Application.

Users may exercise the following rights concerning their personal data under applicable laws:

Delete your account and any associated personal information. You can delete your account via the GOOO Global Application: Open the app > Go to the Account screen > Scroll down > Select “Delete Account” > Confirm.

Object to or request limitations on personal data processing for unjustified purposes. Email help@gooolab.io with the subject “Objection to Data Use.”

VI. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the GOOO Global Application and the Gooolab.io website. Please periodically review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for updates.
